Dear Friend,

If you are struggling with anger today, I want you to know this: your feelings are real, and God understands them. Anger can rise from hurt, fear, disappointment, or feeling unheard — and none of that makes you a bad person. It means you’ve been carrying more than your heart was meant to hold alone.

God is not surprised by your anger. He sees the reasons behind it, the wounds beneath it, and the moments that pushed you to your limit. He cares about what you’ve been through, and He invites you to bring every heavy emotion to Him.

Anger tells you to react quickly, but God calls you to pause and let Him steady your heart. He can bring healing in places that feel broken.

You don’t have to fix everything on your own. God walks with you one moment at a time, offering peace where there has been turmoil.

You are not alone in this. God loves you, understands you, and is ready to help you find calm again.

“The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.” — Psalm 103:8 (KJV)

If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior, or if you’re unsure, you can come to Him right now. He loves you, He sees you, and He is ready to receive you. You can pray something like this:

“Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner and I need You. I believe You died for me and rose again. I ask You to forgive me, save me, and come into my heart. I place my trust in You alone. Thank You for loving me. Amen.”

If you prayed that sincerely, God heard you — and He welcomes you as His child.
