Dear Friend,

Fear can show up in ways you don’t always talk about. It can sound like pressure, like the weight of responsibility, or the quiet thought that you’re not enough. It can make you feel like you have to hold everything together on your own — but you don’t.

God sees the battles inside you. He knows the expectations you carry, the doubts you fight, and the moments you feel like you should be stronger. His Word says, “Fear thou not; for I am with thee.” He doesn’t ask you to be fearless — He promises to stay with you.

You don’t have to hide your fear or pretend it isn’t there. Bring it to Him honestly. Tell Him when you’re overwhelmed. Tell Him when you feel like you’re falling short. Tell Him when you’re afraid you’re not enough. He meets you with strength, not judgment.

Even when your thoughts say you’re alone, you’re not. Even when fear says you will fail, God is still holding you up. Even when you feel like you’re not enough, His grace is. You are not walking through this by yourself.

“When I am afraid, I will trust in thee.” — Psalm 56:3 (KJV)

If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior, or if you are unsure, you can come to Him now. He loves you, He sees you, and He is ready to receive you. You can pray something like this:

“Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner and I need You. I believe You died for me and rose again. I ask You to forgive me, save me, and come into my heart. I place my trust in You alone. Thank You for loving me. Amen.”

If you prayed that sincerely, God heard you — and He welcomes you as His child.
