Dear Friend,

Fear can settle into the heart quietly. Sometimes it comes as the thought that you’re not enough, or the worry that you might fail, or the feeling that God is disappointed in you. Those thoughts can feel heavy, but they are not the truth about who you are.

God sees every concern you carry — even the ones you never say out loud. He knows the pressure you feel, the expectations you try to meet, and the moments when you feel like you should be stronger. His Word says, “Fear thou not; for I am with thee.” He stays close, even when fear feels loud.

You don’t have to hide your fear or pretend you’re okay. You can bring it to Him honestly. Tell Him when you’re overwhelmed. Tell Him when you feel small. Tell Him when you’re afraid you’re not enough. He already knows — and He meets you with gentleness.

Even when your feelings say you’re alone, you’re not. Even when your thoughts say you’re failing, God is still holding you. Even when your heart says you’re not enough, His grace is. You are loved right now, exactly as you are.

“When I am afraid, I will trust in thee.” — Psalm 56:3 (KJV)

If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior, or if you are unsure, you can come to Him now. He loves you, He sees you, and He is ready to receive you. You can pray something like this:

“Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner and I need You. I believe You died for me and rose again. I ask You to forgive me, save me, and come into my heart. I place my trust in You alone. Thank You for loving me. Amen.”

If you prayed that sincerely, God heard you — and He welcomes you as His child.
