If you are carrying shame today, I want you to know this: God has not turned away from you. Shame tries to convince you that you are unlovable, unforgivable, or too far gone — but none of that is true. God sees you fully, and He loves you completely.
Shame whispers that your past defines you, but God says you are made new in Him. Shame tells you to hide, but God invites you to come close. Shame tries to bury you in regret, but God lifts you with mercy.
God knows every mistake, every moment you wish you could erase, and every secret you’ve carried in silence. And still, He calls you His. His grace is bigger than your failures, and His love is stronger than your shame.
You don’t have to earn His forgiveness. You don’t have to prove yourself. God offers you freedom, healing, and a new beginning.
You are not what shame says you are. You are who God says you are — loved, forgiven, and redeemed.
If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior, or if you’re unsure, you can come to Him right now. He loves you, He sees you, and He is ready to receive you. You can pray something like this:
“Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner and I need You. I believe You died for me and rose again. I ask You to forgive me, save me, and come into my heart. I place my trust in You alone. Thank You for loving me. Amen.”
If you prayed that sincerely, God heard you — and He welcomes you as His child.
