Feeling unworthy can be one of the heaviest burdens a person carries. When you look at yourself and see only flaws or reasons why you think God couldn’t love you, it can make you feel small or unseen. But those feelings, as real as they are, do not reflect the truth of who you are or how God sees you.
God did not create you by accident. He formed you with intention and love. Even when you struggle to see your own worth, God sees it clearly — because He placed it within you.
The enemy wants you to believe you are too broken or too flawed to be loved. But God says the opposite. He draws near to the brokenhearted and calls you His beloved child.
You don’t have to earn His love or prove your worth. He loves you right now — fully and without hesitation. You matter because He says you do.
If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior, or if you’re unsure, you can come to Him right now. He loves you, He sees you, and He is ready to receive you. You can pray something like this:
“Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner and I need You. I believe You died for me and rose again. I ask You to forgive me, save me, and come into my heart. I place my trust in You alone. Thank You for loving me. Amen.”
If you prayed that sincerely, God heard you — and He welcomes you as His child.
